It's here, the long awaited moment by the millions of Inuyasha adoring fans. Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday has announced that the new episodes of Inuyasha TV series will finally be released in Fall of this year. The episodes will cover the final 21 compiled books of the original Inuyasha manga (36 to 56) and luckly for us, the voice acting will remain the same as before. The premiere in Fall is going to lauch on the Japanese YTV. (Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation.)
The North America producer of Inuyasha series, Viz Media, has announced that it has acquired the complete series of Inuyasha: Kanketsu-hen and also that the series is going to be available on iTunes in U.S.A and Canada. The availalbe episodes are from the 1st-13th episode, the price of one episode is $1.99 and $22.99 for the full album of the episodes. The broadcasting of the series in North America has not yet been announced.
Now as a special promotion to the new series, Viz Media and the iTunes offer the first episode of the new series for free. But wait, everything has it's catch - it is free only until the August of 21th so hurry up and grab your free episode of Inuyasha: Kanketsu-hen. For viewing the episode, you need to download the iTunes 8 which will be offered upon trying to view the episode.
